Originally a Social Anthropologist, Glenn work has been split between entrepreneurship and the non profit sector.  He has extensive experience in project management with work internationally in Europe, SouthEast Asia, China and  South Africa mainly with Open Source and Linux implementation projects.

Founder of the Energy Conservation Society of Ontario focused on building human capacity in the built environment. Under contract with the Government of Canada he developed and delivered skills training called the Energy Retrofitter program. He is the producer of the 10 part video series called Energy Tips for the Homeowner

Joan Kerr, Director of the Foundation for Building Sustainable Communities is recognized as a facilitator and leader in business development with over 20 years experience.  She brings with her a diverse background in Project Management, financial administration, fund raising, strategic planning, project coordination, marketing and film production.  Joan’s expertise lies in the not for profit, private and entertainment sector.  Her clients include local and international businesses and corporations.
